When it comes to mentoring, I believe the most effective approach is built on transparency and partnership. I offer a personalized and polished experience when it comes to my one-on-one mentoring program for wedding creatives. I know that being a wedding pro can feel overwhelming and my goal is to be your trusted partner who provides you with tangible advice and useful tools and resources to help you grow as a wedding professional & business.

Whether working together for my intensive three-hour session or through my long-term mentorship program, I approach each mentorship as a working relationship that is developed through trust, expert guidance, and heart.

My mentorship program is best suited for those wedding and event professionals who have at least three years of experience and are looking to up-level in industry, improve their business operations, position themselves in the luxury market.

Since each and every professional has a different style, method and approach, my sessions are personalized to help benefit you and your needs for growth. Focus topics could include the following areas, however, custom topics are always welcome and encouraged!

Mentorship Offerings

On-Going Mentorship 

+ Monthly 90-minute virtual sessions, covering multiple topic areas each month

On-going mentoring is an investment in committing to true progress. It opens the doors to continuous guidance. It is ideal for you if you are a pro who hopes to tackle several areas of your business over time, gain valuable advice and make impactful changes in your operations & processes to better serve your ideal clients.

On-going mentorships available for 3 or 6-month durations. Each session includes a Post-Mentoring Recap with tangible next steps and resources.

Investment for 3 months begins at $1,500 and for 6 months begins at $2750.

Intensive 3-hour
Virtual or In-Person Session

+ Intensive 3-hour mentoring session, covering 3-4 topic areas

Intensive 3-Hour Sessions are great if you are need of a deep-dive mentoring session to help you tackle a large project or a few specific areas of your business. You will end the session with actionable steps on how to best grow and improve in each area and a variety of resources that relate to each topic.

Intensive Sessions are offered virtually, OR if you are within 50 miles of Greater Boston, there is an option for an in-person session. Each session includes a Post-Mentoring Recap with tangible next steps and resources.

Focused 90-Minute
Virtual Session

+ Virtual 90-minute session, covering one topic area

Have a certain area of your business you’d really love advice on? A 90-minute virtual mentoring session is a great way to focus on a certain topic, where you can seek guidance and actionable steps on how to best grow and improve in one specific area. You will receive actionable steps post-session on how to best grow and improve in that area and any relatable resources that can help.

Focused 90- Minute Sessions are only offered virtually. The session includes a Post-Mentoring Recap with tangible next steps and resources.

Investment begins at $750
