With more than a decade of experience in the event industry, I know exactly what it takes to help you build the wedding planning business you’ve always dreamt of.

 

If you glanced at my résumé, you’d find a vast array of industry experience over the past ten years, including event roles with two luxury wedding planning firms working on elevated, large-scale weddings and event production, as well as position’s with two highly sought-after venues set in downtown Boston. Each experience gave me insight into every facet of the event industry and helped shape my approach to wedding planning today.

I opened my wedding planning business, Urban Soirée, in 2016, and I have had the pleasure and honor of working with countless couples to design their dream celebration from the ground up. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience in event planning, design and production, I pride myself in leading clients through a seamless experience to achieve the wedding they've always envisioned.

In addition to leading Urban Soirée, I am passionate about educating aspiring wedding professionals and cultivating community within the industry. When I am not working with couples, you can find me — hosting The Confetti Hour Podcast, leading one-on-one mentorships with the next generation of planners, speaking at industry events and serving as the President of WIPA Boston!

I've spent more than a decade hustling and working my way up the wedding industry ladder (and honestly, I still am!) to build a business and create a strong reputation for myself as a luxury wedding planner & designer. that you may not know about me

Bubbly lover

The way to my heart is through a fine glass of bubbly, preferably La Marca, Bisol or Veuve Clicquot! I love working with my client’s during the planning process to customize their beverage experience. I always say — a party is not a celebration without a little sparkling bubbly!

Wanderlust

Growing up, my stepmom was a flight attendant and I had the chance to travel the world at a very young age. Exploring different cultures has become a huge passion and even a key part of my business as a destination wedding planner. Discovering a new charming destination will never get old.

Dog mama

I am a dog mom to two mischievous dachshunds, Lincoln & Louie! We rescued Lincoln in the summer of 2017 and recently brought him home a new brother in 2022. These boys are my entire world! Surely, if you are a fellow pet parent, you can understand the obsession.

Foodie

My background is of Chinese & Italian heritage, so growing up food played a large role in my childhood home. I was constantly surrounded by amazing cuisine. It is no surprise that I grew up to be a huge foodie! I adore trying new restaurants, as well as cooking at home and learning new recipes!
